GWO BST (Basic Safety Training) and Enhanced First Aid (EFA) training courses are available in two versions:
Basic: For individuals who have never participated in GWO training before.
Refresher: For individuals with basic training (Basic) whose certification is nearing expiration.
Slinger Signaller
The purpose of this training is to understand the nature of the work, the risks, and the hazards associated with the tasks of a slinger signaller. Through this training, you will acquire skills in rigging and load attachment techniques while maintaining the highest safety standards. You will receive professional knowledge about, among other things, types of equipment, lifting angles, crane signaling, determining the center of gravity, and necessary personal protective equipment. After completing the training, you will receive a certificate with permanent validity.
Enhanced First Aid
The GWO Enhanced First Aid module supplements the knowledge and skills of participants. In this training, you will learn how to provide appropriate medical support to injured persons, conduct effective telemedical consultations, use advanced medical equipment, and provide immediate and safe advanced first aid while observing precautions.
The estimated training duration is 2 or 3 days, and the training group can consist of up to 6 people.
BST Working at Heights
The goal of this training is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding safety and evacuation procedures in wind turbines, in accordance with GWO standards.
The estimated duration of the BST module is 16 hours, while the Refresher module is 8 hours. The training group can consist of up to 8 people.
BST First Aid
The goal of this training is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in providing safe and effective first aid, taking into account the specific challenges within wind turbines, in accordance with GWO standards.
The estimated duration of the BST module is 16 hours, while the Refresher module is 8 hours. The training group can consist of up to 8 people.
BST Manual Handling
The goal of this training is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the standards of manual handling tasks, which include proper lifting techniques. These skills help maintain the musculoskeletal system in good condition.
The estimated duration of both the BST and Refresher modules is 4 hours. The training group can consist of up to 8 people.
BST Fire Awareness
The goal of this training is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in fire hazard awareness and response using basic firefighting equipment, in accordance with GWO standards.
The estimated duration of both the BST and Refresher modules is 4 hours. The training group can consist of up to 12 people.
